In 1957 the dance teacher studied Rudolf von Laban’s Labanotation at the Folkwang School in Essen with Albrecht Knust and produced a number of kinetographic drawings. Until 1964 she worked as a dance teacher and teacher for Labanotation in Berlin.

Her bequest includes personal documents and correspondence, her kinetographic work, documentation on conventions of the International Council of Kinetography Laban, magnetic tapes, micro films, records, slides and photographs.
