According to the Bibliotheksgebührenverordnung (SächsBibGebVO) from 11 July 2003 we are obligated to charge a fee for any service other than the provision of our stock; this includes photocopies, mailing services and material costs.

The TAL is available for help with external research requests and the provision of information. In accordance with the Sächsische Bibliotheksgebührenverordnung (SächsBibGebVO) [library charges regulation]) from 11 July 2003 we are obligated to charge a fee for the work of our librarian:

The holdings of the TAL are available to the interested public and for scientific work. Anyone registered with us as a user (which entails the acceptance of our terms and conditions for users) has free access to our holdings.
